South Shore Pediatrician Criminally Charged For Abusing His Minor Patients

Dr. Richard Kauff of Massachusetts has been arrested for abusing nearly three dozen minor patients. A long-time pediatrician at South Shore Hospital, he served patients in their Norwell and Kingston offices for over 40 years. Some allegations date back to the 1980s and 1990s.

Kauff was criminally charged with 20 counts of sexual assault. Victims reported enduring unwarranted pelvic and breast exams, with some victims reporting their parents to be in the room during the assault.
